Services are available from Bluemaxx in all areas of Australia and normally can be installed at your premise within 14 days of receipt of an approved order. Bluemaxx offer a range of competitive plans and further allow you to change these plans after 30 days of initial use.

Bluemaxx customers may have received an email with an unauthorised request for Email Account details. Bluemaxx will never ask for written details of your Account Details as we hold these on file. We may ask for authentication or confirmation over the phone when required however never by email request. We advise all Bluemaxx customers to ignore any correspondence of this nature requesting Account information from you.

November 19 - Bluemaxx today launched it's new call center system that allows customers to log their call in the Support Queue and have the Call Center System call them back. This system is state of the art and works by placing the call in a queue and allowing it to progress while the customer is able to hang up and continue with their other activities. When the logged call reaches the head of the queue the system automatically dials the customer back on the identified number and connects the Support team immediately the customer answers the phone. This system in its first day connected 94% of customers seeking support within 11 minutes of the customer calling Bluemaxx Support. Of the customers who called Bluemaxx for support 92% experienced the new Call Management System.
