Do we own the equipment?

No the equipment is Motorola Canopy equipment so it is loaned as a part of the monthly plan price.

Is the wireless connection secure?

Yes the Motorola Canopy equipment to your house is DES triple encrypted, and uses non standard wireless frequencies with MAC Address filtering so it is very secure. The only item that needs securing is the included router.

Can I connect more than one computer?

Yes Bluemaxx includes a 4-Port router, or 4-Port wireless router so you can connected up to 4 computers with cable, or up to 60 computers with the wireless function if available.

If I am renting do I need my landlords permission?

Yes, because the devices are physically installed in your home, you will need permission. However having broadband installed in your home is classed as an asset to most tenants.

From the completed application being received, subject to hardware and installers being available you can be connected with in 7 days.
